Aprovechando el hueco que deja Circuit City tras su cierre, parece ser la perfecta oportunidad de Wal-Mart para expandir su sección de Electrónicos, sobre todo porque estaría aprovechando su gran distribución geográfica.
Se habla de poner secciones dedicadas para Apple, campañas mas agresivas para los celulares, Televisores, Videojuegos y sobre todo quitar porción del pastel que gana Best-Buy.
No me molestaría que también entrenen bien al personal sobre todos estos temas y sepan de lo que el cliente quiere saber sobre especificaciones, configuraciones, etc.
Espero ver algo de esos cambios a Wal-Mart Nuevo Laredo.
